Insulated Aerial Device for up to 210' Working Height


The LinePro 210HA is a purpose-built insulated aerial device with a 210' (65m) working height and 56' (17m) reach. It combines the latest technologies and controls while costing a fraction of the competition.

The LinePro 210HA is developed specifically for electrical utilities and line contractors who wish to perform bare-hand maintenance of transmission lines at up to 500kV and at extreme heights. However, it can also be used for maintenance on other high objects such as wind turbines, dams, bridges and the like.

Unique Features:

Pad Adjustment
The LinePro 210HA features six telescoping boom sections with independent friction pad adjustment on each section.  This feature allows the booms to remain straight and tight throughout the range for precise control and ultimate safety for the occupants.

Hydraulic Rotator
The fiberglass boom utilizes a hydraulic rotator for 180 degree articulation, as opposed to cylinders, chains and hydraulic hoses, all of which require maintenance and can be potential points of failure. The rotator is driven off of a hydraulic circuit and can be controlled by radio remote controls in the platform or at the operator station. The rotator has a service life of 40,000 cycles or 20 years.

Platform Leveling System
The platform features a self-contained automatic leveling system. This system eliminates any dielectric hoses and fluid which must pass through the boom.

Sealed Boom
The boom is completely void and is sealed with a replaceable desiccant canister. This design eliminates contamination and potential current leakage.
