Engineered safety means that our products have industry-exclusive features and engineering support which allow safer and faster work-methods to be employed. We can provide you the engineering data, training and equipment to perform energized work with the industry’s best practices.
Engineering Data
All of our live-line jibs include application-specific engineering data such as lifting capacities and load charts for tangent and bisect-angle conductor support. These exclusive charts can be custom-tailored to your specific application. For example, in the PowerArm-HV section, you will see pictures of a live-line jib that we engineered specifically for temporarily supporting the bisect angles in an energized two conductor bundle 275kV application.
The insulated work platforms and insulated aerial devices include certified range charts and testing to ensure regulatory compliance.
Training
All of our live-line jibs and aerial devices include training for the operation of the equipment. We can also provide certified live-line training programs for crews and companies from distribution to high-voltage bare-hand certification.
Equipment
Our live-line jibs have exclusive features such as radio remote controlled hydraulic articulation and polymer insulator stacks to allow increased safety margins.
